Liz is experienced in compensation disputes, employment contracts, restrictive covenants, non-compete and non-disclosure agreements, separation agreements, employee handbooks and company policy manuals.

She also provides advice and counsel to both employers and employees concerning hiring, disciplinary, and firing decisions.
